Théo Badan was born in 1993. He graduates with a Bachelor of Laws in 2014 from the University of Geneva and a bilingual Master of Laws in 2016 from the Universities of Basel and Geneva. Simultaneously to his studies, he worked as a Legal assistant for the legal Firm VPMK Rechtsanwälte in Berlin from January to June 2015 and for a Real Estate Agency in Geneva from September to December 2016. He obtained a certificate of advanced studies in legal professions from the University of Geneva in 2017.
He won the Second Prize of the Michel Nançoz Public Speaking Contest in 2018, organized by the Geneva Bar Association.
Théo Badan focuses in Criminal Law and White Collar Crimes as well as Litigation in Civil and Commercial matters.
He is also regularly active in real estate law (Tenancy law, Construction law and Country Planning Law).
After completing his traineeship by Canonica Valticos de Preux + associés (2018-2019) and passing his bar exam (2nd ranked), Théo Badan joined the Firm in 2019 as an associate.
He is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
