Born in 1988, Marine Panariello-Valticos graduates with a Bachelor of Laws (’09) from the University of Geneva and a bilingual Master of civil and criminal Law (’11) from the Universities of Basel and Geneva. She also completed a Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions (CAS) in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, she works as a junior associate for the Firm LHA Avocats, prior to be admitted to the Geneva bar (2014).

She subsequently practiced with the firm LHA Avocats as an associate (2014-2016) before joining Canonica Valticos de Preux + Associés in September 2016 as an associate and since January 1st, 2020, as a partner.

Her main areas of practice are Litigation in Civil matters, Real Estate law, residency and work permits and Criminal law.

Marine Panariello-Valticos is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association and the Geneva Real Estate Chamber (CGI).
